How CertNurse handles beta user data.

Information We Collect

• Your Google sign-in information, including your name, email address, and account identifier. CertNurse does not receive your Google password.
• Your practice activity: questions and versions attempted, selected answers, correctness, skips, answer timing, and saved quizzes and practice. Topic summaries and estimates are derived from this activity.
• Question reports, account-deletion requests, and feedback you send to support.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, including authentication state and security logs handled by our providers. This browser stores your sign-in session, theme, practice preferences, and answers awaiting synchronization.

How We Use Information

• To save your practice progress across sessions.
• To show topic progress, practice-based estimates, and suggestions for what to study next.
• To investigate question reports, bugs, and beta feedback.
• To protect the private beta and improve the platform before broader release.

What We Do Not Do

CertNurse does not sell beta user practice data. CertNurse does not claim to issue licenses, certifications, accredited education, or official exam content.

Service Providers

The hosted beta uses Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and saved practice, and Cloudflare to deliver the website. These services also process technical and security information under their own policies.

Your Choices

You can reset your learning history or request account deletion from your profile. Resetting progress keeps your account and support requests. See the Data Deletion page for the process and the Support page for current contact availability.
